why do Old pepole (50+) need 3 swimming pools in northampton between 9am and 12 surely if they have 3 hours to go swimming in it can be any time of the day  and why all 3 public pools.

tomorrow i shall be swimming in wellingborough after work.

oh and i hate Stav and Damian!

ok.so at about 3.30am i was driving back from lutworth to the yard where i work in wellinborough, when i lost control of the van i was driving.

i hit the crash barrier at the side off the road and flipped the van on its side. all i rember is just before impact and coming to sideays in my seat with my right leg stuck betwwen the steering wheel an dthe seat.

some passers by stopped and foned the EMS. the doors were stuck so the fire brigade had to cut out the windscreen to get me out.at this stage i was moving and shaken up. i could only just about stand so when i was passed out to the medics they put me on a board and did the full works in case of damge to neck or spine.

i went to A&E where i wast proded stabed and tested. the out come was nothing broken just badly bruised
 
so after rest and a drip i was released to come home around 12.30ish where i was wheeled from the car park to the front door on an office chair :)

i would just like to say thank you to my wonderful wife and stav for being so smashing this morning.

and dont forget to tel ppl that, i was so luckly that i can sit here and laugh about what could of been a completely diffrent set of circumstanse's.

Well the silly season is over,

 i had a nice one thanks to all that shared it with me,it was good to see ppl, and i missed thouse who could make it.

Chaz and I had a wonderful time in the lakes,thanks to S,D and C for stepping up xxx  (WR4U we lubs you and understand if u need us call xxxx)

so its all back to school and work, drinking beer and eatting rubbish at 9 in the morning (me not Alf or Chaz at school)

so what are you up to today?

so far my plans are change the oil on my car and i might go over to my allotment.(howevere i might just spend the day on my bum in front of the telly or PC  but i would rather not )

well I will be getting the offical letter in the post this week, but im now employed ive done my weeks trail and im now the night driver/yardman for Intercounty truck and van in wellingbrough!!!!!
